SECTION 5 — SERVICING AND BOOKINGS

Bookings made through our online booking system are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit or decline bookings at our discretion.

Quotes provided for repairs or servicing are estimates based on the information available at the time. Where additional parts or labour are found to be required once a bike is inspected, we will contact you before proceeding wherever practical.

We do not warrant that every fault will be identified during a standard assessment, or that parts availability will always meet expected timeframes, as these can be affected by suppliers outside our control.

SECTION 6 — BIKE PICK-UPS

We will send you a text message once your bike is ready for collection. Please collect your bike within 48 hours of receiving this completion text.

Any bike not picked up within 48 hours of receiving the completion text will incur a storage fee of $10 per day until it is collected.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when booking a service or making a purchase with us. You agree to promptly update your information, including your contact details, so that we can complete your booking and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (for example, our online booking or payment providers) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, and that we shall have no liability arising from your use of these optional third-party tools. You should ensure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.

Our site may include links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us, including our booking and payment providers.
